Mad Tuna continues to age beautifully with time. Sushi chefs have been doing a phenomenal job and are really fast at getting orders out. A few of my favorite orders are the shrimp, albacore, salmon, yellowtail, and tuna. The quality of the fish is really good and the price is better than most around the area. The dining room is small, but the vibes are great. If you're into some good sushi, I definitely recommend it. Let them know Gonzalo sent ya .
All you can eat goodness!!! Love the food! Fish were fresh. Great serving of fish to rice ratio. Awesome service! (Its not a busy night). $42.95 per head for weekday dinner (not sure if price is different on weekends). I just wish they have uni, but nevertheless, it was sashimi heaven. The place is just your normal "hole-in-the-wall" type. But will definitely come back when we crave AYCE again!

By far my favorite Sushi place in the SCV. My family lives by Valencia high and we drive to the other side of town just to have this. Their selection is great and this is one of the few places left that still offer all you can eat. Their staff is very nice, the food always fresh, and you can choose from traditional sushi or choose to have it "sauced" which they doctor it up with citrus juices, Sriracha, flowers, and a bunch of other things depending on the type of sushi to take it to the next level. So glad this place opened and now it is the only place we go.
